Morris Medical develops and provides clinical software tools designed to support healthcare professionals. Our products include but are not limited to Code Blue PRO, SubQ Pro, Should I Worry?, and PrescriptionWrite Pro. These tools are intended to assist clinical decision-making but do not replace professional medical judgment.
3. Professional Use
Our clinical products are designed for use by licensed healthcare professionals. By using these tools, you represent that you hold appropriate professional licensure and credentials for the clinical activities you perform. Morris Medical products are clinical support tools and are not intended to replace the independent clinical judgment of a qualified healthcare provider.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Morris Medical of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Morris Medical products, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and code, are the exclusive property of Morris Medical, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our products for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any of our software
- Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use our products in a way that could harm patients or compromise clinical care
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our products
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Morris Medical does not warrant that our products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We expressly disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any clinical information provided through our products.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morris Medical, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our products.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morris Medical, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our products or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
Morris Medical reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
